Return Policy
We strive for you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase.
If you are not satisfied with any item you purchased, you may return the item within 45 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping fees. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
Please include your original shipment packing slip and all product tags with your return.  Returned items must be unworn and undamaged.

Exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the Return Instructions on the packing slip then re-order a new item.

Final Sale Items:
The following items are marked as final sale and may not be returned.

  • Clearance Items
Our return policy applies to uspoloassn.com online orders only. U.S. Polo Assn. items purchased from U.S. Polo Assn. stores or other retailers, such as department stores, must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and are subject to the return policy of that retailer.

How to Return

1. Pre-Paid Label (U.S. Orders Only)
Items may be returned to our online store using a pre-paid USPS label. The cost of the label will be $7.50 deducted from the refund.

To get the USPS pre-paid Label please email customer
service at serviceUSA@e.uspoloassn.com. Please include:

1. Return Request in Subject Line

2. Order Number, Name ,Phone number and reason for
return in body of the email

Canadian customers please note: pre-paid labels are not applicable on returns from Canada.  For Canadian returns, please send via your preferred shipping method below.

2. Your Preferred Shipping Method*
If you prefer, you may ship your returned item, postage prepaid, to this address.  Return shipping is at your expense if you choose not to use our pre-paid shipping label.  We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Pre-paid return packages are shipped by USPS, which can take 5-7 days depending on the originating address.
Once received at our online store, we normally take 2 to 3 business days to process your return. Funds will be returned to the order’s billing account after the issuing bank processes the return, often up to 3 business days. In all, please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on the billing account online, or up to 2 billing statements.

Prepaid Shipping Label: 5 - 7 days
Returns Processing: 2 - 3 days
Bank Refund: 1 - 3 days
